Happy 20th Birthdae to Menot!
No more playing anymore ok... now must grow up... be independant... talk to strangers... Hehee.
Some things you just knew, so much later on.
Sometimes you think, you have a good friendship with a friend(s), but when you're stuck together, on a task, you'll see all the bad points. The true colours began to show. THEIRS and YOURS. I can see this happening in all groups actually. Sad case, but that is the truth. Now we say, we should have been in the same group, but what's the use? It has past, its over. Well, almost.
Being a pretender.
On wednesdae, my teacher suddenly need people to be in the Cosmetics and Fragrance lab, just pretending to be doing something. This is because Dr. Tony Tan was coming. He visited one of the centres in SP to checkout the R&D projects and so forth, so they thought of asking him to see our lab. So, I volunteered. Haha, amazingly. I just feel like I should do it, you know? Gain confidence and stuff. Its my last sem anyways.
We had to pretend like we're doing our FYP, blending to obtain a fragrance. We get to play around with the chemicals, and I think I made one that is actually not that bad. Heh. And our group made one as a whole, thinking it would turn out bad but it turn out ok actually!
So Dr. Tony Tan came, my friends were standing, I was deciding whether I should just stand or what? I mean my teacher say, act natural (blending process, smelling etc). So should I continue blending or standing? Since they were doing the later, I decided to just stand too. The he went off to see other parts and my teachers introducing the Romancing Singapore perfume SP created. There 2 people who stopped to ask us questions. I answered one of them, I didn't do too well. Haha, well she wasn't clear! I mean my friends couldn't really get what's the main point in her question too. Her question was too broad, too general. But oh well, all and all, interesting experience.
Honestly, I didn't know I was gonna do cosmetics or fragranceinto this course. Interesting though. I did not regret it. =)

What music taste do I have?
Let's see, I have currently 3 music on my Ngage. I mostly listen to radio now anyways, 'cept for underground, so I need those 3 then.
i) Take Me Away - Avril Lavigne. (Rock) ii) Fever - Kylie Minouge. (Dance) iii) Alright - Kinnie Starr. (Chillout)
My new favourite radio channel, LUSH, 99.5 FM. Sexy. Sensual. Smooth.
Music CD that I just borrowed from the library? Classical Graffiti by The Planets. (I prefer BOND a lot better I think).
I also love: Enya, Utada Hikaru, Enigma, Queen of The Damned Soundtrack, Suede and many others ...
So someone tell me please?
Spent almost 2 hours watching DVD in school todae.
I watched volume two of MIND YOUR LANGUAGE. My friend never watched it before and she said she enjoyed it and it was very funny. (I think so too!) My fave show ever since I was young. We actually wanted to catch the lame show, White Chicks, but someone reserved it.
Watched an episode of an old old 50s show called I LOVE LUCY. Love it when I was young, find it a bit lame now. Hehehee. Some parts are still funny though. 'Cos I think nowadays, the comedies use similar techniques, which they most probably get from the old shows, so they should be the pioneer right? =) And this show, is in black and white.
Runaway Jury NOT Bride
Good show. Good court room drama with a twist. Recommended to anyone who likes that type of movie. Rachel Weisz somehow lost her wonderful accent in this movie. Saw her few days back in Constantine, loving that accent. Btw, Constantine, great show. Good chemistry between lead characters. Stunning visual effects. Interesting storyline. I love those wings.

Lame twist...
So todae is the big dae, the dae when SURVIVOR X begins. Palau, such beautiful islands, such beautiful formations, such ... well everything. The theme was great, the theme song was GREAT, the EXTENDED theme song was even BETTER.
20 Survivor, with nothing but only their clothes on. Paddling through the sea, Jeff approaches with a beautiful looking boat. So, whoever reaches the island first (MAN and WOMAN) gets the immunity necklace each. So Ian (the dolphin trainer) and Jolanda (the strong, athletic, lawyer) got it.
Coby is like sooo gay. Angie seems cool. Coby backstabbed Angie so soon. Tsk tsk.
The twist? The immunity necklace only lasts you for the next 10 mins after Jeff visits you. 'Cos its time, to choose the tribe members. And 2 who weren't chosen, get sent back home. Wow, Mr. Mark Burnett, that's such a lame twist. What about the hyped about them getting LOST?! And it is such a waste for them to go through so much to go just like that? Not even at tribal council.
Well, who's gone? Wanda (thank God, I can't stand her singing) and Jonathan (who's the eye-candy, looking so much like Reichen).
- The Reward + Immunity Challenge -
Ulong (Oolong tea anyone?) thought that brawns is better but hell, tactic mistake and they lose to Kuror. Bad paddling (I was waiting for Jeff to said worst he'd ever seen, since he practically say that in such situation - I'm suprised he didn't. I mean come on, THAT HAS GOTTA BE THE WORSE PADDLING YOU'VE EVER SEEN?!) And James is like a suicidal maniac who can't control his anger.
I was kinda rooting for Ulong, but alas. Hmm, have not yet developed and favourites yet. Thought I think Jolanda is rather strong (and bcos she tried out for the olympics a few years back), but she has strong character as well. Which some people don't like. I pitied Angie but I think the tribe needs Jolanda for strength and efficiency.
And so, the tribe has spoken. Good Bye Jolanda.
P.S: Totally love the new ensemble of music potrayed todae, theme song, tribal council ...

Hmmm ...
Borrowed RUNAWAY JURY's DVD from SP's library. Can't wait to watch. But when will I have the time? 2 quizzes on tuesdae and 1 more on thurs. Presentation in 2 weeks for Final Year and PersonalCareandCosmeticsChemistry. 2 more quiz next week. 3 formal reports. Few more datasheets. And well, I have only 1 week loan time for the DVD. *ponders*
Why did I suddenly talk about the the O.C.? Well basically, I don't really have any idea what to write about... Heh. And well, I think its really lame + stupid + sad for the rating stun that they are pulling now. Just because February is the Sweeps for TV Shows, they don't have to create something like that just for it. Though the director/creator or whatever, did mention that it is NOT and that it is real. Well, guess we'll just have to see how he ends the r/s. Because the other girl's not a series regular and is leaving the series in 2-3 episodes.
Erm, to say that she became a lesbian is untrue.. 'cos the other girl's character is Bi... and she did say that the O.C. somehow or rather revolves around SPOILER Ryan and Marissa's r/s. So its either she's just experimenting or the director just made her character a Bi.
For other news, I wished that I could turn back time and said NO. Now, its too late for I have accepted the responsibility. Sigh. I was too hasty in my decision. I was blinded by other factors. What is it? Well, I shall post it later on ... within a few more days. Before that, I must inform my friends of it first.

Tired, tired, tired...
Should be writing my conclusion to email to my lecturer tomorrow BUT... not yet and I'm kinda tired. 1 am... hope to finish by 2 am AT LEAST.
I wonder if Singapore would show season 2 of The O.C ? I mean its such a hit here right? (I don't watch it though). But with the NEW storyline and all ... 'interesting' but I doubt they will show it here. Unless if they want ratings... but nah, so, to those O.C fans out there, be prepared to never get to watch Season 2, at all. (Plays : Awwww~...)
--- I want to put up a pic( O.C), but I would not want to offend anyone ---
(it shouldn't be/NOT offensive anyway, but someppl just think otherwise)
What else, what else? Oh yeah, hope to find someone who wants to go Perth, not necessarily the same University, just the same area/country/state. I'm still browsing for other universities though (offering similar courses). Anyway, someone mentioned Aussie is known for Bio and U.S is known for Chem. So... Haha. ;)
P.S: Australia is slow though, I mean it JUST started O.C when Singapore is already half-way through. (Which is over here anyhow, with a cliffhanger - I think). This was in June of course. Heh.

Worry = Stress ?
I don't think I'm suffering from stress, but I feel like I do not want to sleep (eventhough oh-i-so-want-to) because of my worry feelings regarding tomorrow. Will all the pictures be there? Will we have enough time? Will our supervisor have enough time? So many things yet so little time. Am I stressing out?! I HOPE NOT AND I DON'T THINK SO!
No CDRW to burn
Lost ZipDisk to transfer
Frust reading someone's discussion - should know better
Where to go, what to do
University? Local? Foreign?
MY course or no choice?
Hopefully next week's term-break will give me time to finish up my formal report and this report and everyother thing, which is a LOT!
Class at 8 am and here I am typing away ...
